Vocabulary that often used at office.

Getting to know the office equipment:
1.     A stapler is used for fixing pieces of paper to another
2.     A hole punch is used for making holes in paper
3.     A ruler is used for drawing straight line
4.     Tippex fluid is used for corrrecting mistakes
5.     Paper clips are used for making holes in paper stronger
6.     Paper glue is used for sticking one piece of paper to another
7.     Pubber is used for erasing mistakes
8.     Dictating machine is used for recording letters onto tape
9.     A pencil sharpener is used for sharpening pencils
10.  Telex is used for sendng and receiving messages
Facsimile machine is used for sending copies of documents
